Zee TV daily soap Kundali Bhagya upcoming episode will be emotional. In the upcoming episode it will be shown that Preeta reveals the truth to Karan she says that she is not pregnant and neither she can the pregnant because she can’t conceive.
At first Karan does not believe and asks that a she joking with him she says that she is not joking and says whatever the doctor have said her earlier hearing to the truth he gets shocked.
