Deputy CM Ajit Pawar Makes Big Announcement on Maharashtra School Reopening

The state government is left to take the decision about the reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. Deputy CM Ajit Pawar has announced that the state tasks force is not in the favour of opening the schools before Diwali.

According to the opinion by the state covid task force, Ajit Pawar said that ,”schools may not open before Diwali. The decision regarding the reopening of schools will be taken after consultation with the state task force. And the schools will only be reopened after the state task force tells to do so.”

Ajit Pawar also added, “the state government should give permission to only those districts where the covid-19 cases are low.”

Pawar added that ,”many parents and educational institutions think that the government should not wait for long and open the school ,colleges in the districts where there is no covid cases.The final decision will be taken by the chief minister in this regard”.
